Shipping Policy

Shipping:

- Free Canada-wide shipping on orders over $150
- Canada/International shipping rates determined at checkout based on carrier rates
- Shipping price does not include any duties or taxes that may be charged by the destination country.
- Delivery unavailable to PO Boxes.

Timing:

Global shipping delays are inevitable throughout the year. We will do everything we can to deliver on time, but some delays are out of our control. 

Canada - 2-12 business days
US - 2-7 business days
International - 5-22 days

Tracking:

-Dusty Diamond Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery.
-The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items.
-The customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to Dusty Diamond Collection marked as unclaimed.
-The customer is responsible if their package gets returned back to Dusty Diamond Collection due to a wrong address inputted by the customer.
-Dusty Diamond Collection does not offer free shipping back to the customer.
